My sad, neglected blog!

My poor blog... It's been months and months since I've even THOUGHT about it!
But today I have something to talk about. I love saving money. I really, really do! So, with that in mind, you might find it kind of ridiculous that I've never been a coupon clipper. It's a pain- it really is- but it's also a GREAT way to save money. And my grocery budget is just silly- there is no reason that I should be spending close to $600 a month for groceries for my family of 4. Starting this week, I am becoming a coupon shopping pro- it's my new goal. :)

Another money saving thing that I USED to do was use Savingsangel.com. I haven't used it in months- I wasn't using the service to the best of it's ability and I wasn't saving enough money on my grocery bill to make the $20 a month worth while. Seeing that my schedule has loosened up a litle since I've gone to working only part time, I can FIND the time to run from store to store, buying only what is on sale. I just made my list- and I will have to go to Target, Walgreens and Meijer, but if I stick to my list (If!) I will spend $40.39 and SAVE $48.55- a 55% savings! And Savings Angel breaks it all down for me- so easy!
